Description

This house dates to around 1840 and was restored in the late 20th century. It is constructed of brick with a stuccoed front, and has a slate roof with a single gable stack. The building features a plinth, a band at first-floor sill height, modillion eaves, and a low, coped parapet. It is two storeys plus attics, with a three-window front. The upper level has a central box dormer with a plain sash window. The main windows are plain sashes, with those to the left having eared surrounds. A recessed entrance to the right has two Doric columns in antis, and contains a 20th-century panelled door and overlight.
