Former lodge to Haworth Hall, now a house. c1830, with late C20 alterations. Brick, roughcast and colourwashed, with Westmorland slate roof and quadruple rendered ridge stack. Gothick detailing. First floor and, traceried bargeboards with finials to main gables. 2 storeys; 3 bays. North front has projecting central gable with a flat-headed double lancet. Below, a pointed board door flanked by single wooden cross casements. Right gable, to street, has a double lancet above and a cross casement below.
