Description
Church House is a house built in 1729, as indicated by an inscribed stone, and it has been later modified in a Gothic style. The building is constructed of brick, which is pebbledashed and colour-washed, and it features a slate roof. The corners of the house are accentuated with rusticated quoins.
It has two storeys and a two-window front. On the left side, there is a projecting gabled porch that leads to a door made up of six raised and fielded panels, complete with an overlight. To the right of the porch, there are two sash windows with glazing bars and sills, both of which are placed under hoodmoulds. On the first floor, there are two similar sash windows. The eaves extend over the walls, and there is a rebuilt axial stack.
