Description
The stable block to The White House is an 18th-century building constructed of red brick in irregular bond on cobble foundations, with a colourwashed finish and a pantiled roof. It is two stories high and features three bays with a symmetrical elevation. On the ground floor, there is a 20th-century boarded door beneath a segmental brick head, flanked by window openings that have sills and segmental brick heads. The first floor has a similar, smaller boarded door, also flanked by blocked openings that mirror those below. An oculus is located on the left gable. The building is adorned with a stepped brick eaves cornice and tumbled-in brick at the raised gables, which include brick kneelers.
