Description
71 Lairgate is an early 19th-century detached house, forming a group with the adjacent property at No. 69. It is constructed of white brick with a low-pitched slate roof and features moulded wooden spouting supported by block modillions at wide spacing. The house has three windows; these are hung sashes with glazing bars, set within painted rusticated surrounds and a painted stone sill band at the first floor level. A recessed door is situated within a porch to the side of the house.
