TA 0339 BEVERLEY LAIRGATE (west side) 8/165 No 90 2.7.69 (Trees Cottage) GV II Probably C18. Two storeys, rendered, with pantile roof. Two near flush frame sash windows with glazing bars. No glazing bars to ground floor. Doorway with fanlight and wood case with slender pilasters and entablature. Modern door. Passage entry with flat painted head. Dentil eaves cornice.
