This is an 18th-century building comprising two storeys, located on the west side of Eastgate in Beverley. The exterior is rendered, and the roof is covered in pantiles, featuring one gabled and one flat-topped dormer. The building has two windows on each floor. Modern glazing is present in the upper windows, while the lower windows are modern, featuring six wooden mullions and transoms. There are two modern doors.
