Description

Common Farmhouse is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of brick in English bond with a pantile roof. The building features a central entry and is two storeys high with three bays. The entrance has a 20th-century half-glazed door with an overlight above it. The windows are 4-pane sashes throughout, with those on the ground floor positioned beneath segmental arches. The house has stone gable coping, shaped kneelers, and end stacks.
