Description

The remaining sections of the Old Friary boundary wall are part of the precinct wall of the Dominican Friary. This wall likely dates back to the late medieval period, although it has undergone significant rebuilding and patching over the years. It is constructed from orange brick that incorporates blocks of limestone, with the lower part of one section rendered. The wall stands at approximately 3 metres in height.
