TA 0339 BEVERLEY SATURDAY MARKET (east side) 9/317 No 13 2.7.69 GV II Mid Cl8. Two storeys and attics, rendered and lined to front. Pantile roof with gabled sliding casement dormer with glazing bars. First floor has a near flush frame sash window with glazing bars. Ground floor, wood bow shop window and entrance with divided fanlight in wood case with pilasters and entablature. Very simple unmoulded newel staircase.
