Description

No. 3 Beastfair is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is built of brick and has a pantile roof. The house features a two-room central entrance-hall plan and stands two storeys high with three symmetrical bays. The entrance consists of a panelled door with a plain overlight, set beneath a rubbed-brick cambered arch. To the left of the door is a 12-pane sash window, while to the right is a 20th-century casement window, both situated beneath similar arches. On the first floor, there is a central blind window panel flanked by 12-pane sash windows, also beneath similar arches. The building is topped with a stepped and dentilled brick eaves cornice and has end stacks.
