SNAITH AND COWICK BEASTFAIR SE 6422 (north side) 12/43 No 3 GV II House. Early C19. Brick with pantile roof. 2-room central entrance-hall plan. 2 storeys, 3 bays; symmetrical. Panelled door and plain overlight beneath rubbed-brick cambered arch, flanked by 12-pane sash to left, C20 casement to right beneath similar arches. First floor: central blind window panel flanked by 12-pane sashes beneath similar arches. Stepped and dentilled brick eaves cornice. End stacks.
