Description
The Stables, barn, and pigeoncote at Manor Farm are likely from the late 18th century, with later additions and alterations, including some from the mid-19th century. The building is constructed of red brick with brick and stone detailing, topped with pantile roofs. The keystone at the entrance is marked '1852/TF'. The structure has an H-shaped layout, featuring single-storey wings and a two-storey central bay. In the center, there are two blocked segmental carriage arches that now contain a central plank door. Above these arches is a pitching door, with wooden pigeon openings set beneath an elliptical arch. The pigeoncote features a pyramidal roof.
On the left side, there is a 20th-century garage door, while the right side has a plank door situated between two small openings, both under elliptical arches. The left wing has two off-centre plank doors beneath elliptical arches, and the right wing includes a plank door between two small openings under elliptical arches, as well as a carriage entrance under a segmental arch with a keystone. The building displays stepped eaves throughout and has ridge stacks. It is adjacent to Manor Farmhouse and is included for its group value.
