Description

The original portion of Barker's Mills, dating from the early 19th century, is a three-storey building constructed of brown brick, featuring a parapet and a Welsh slate roof. The front elevation facing the river has been altered, but it retains a segmental rusticated stone doorway. The road elevation includes a projecting wing with round-headed windows that have fixed glazing bars.
