Description
This is a terrace of four houses built in 1906 by Grayson and Ould, located on Pool Bank in Port Sunlight. The houses feature a pebbledash exterior on a brick base and a tile gambrel roof adorned with fishscale bands. They are one storey high with an attic and consist of six bays, with the end bays showcasing shaped gables. The windows are small-paned casements, with the ground floor featuring 4-light canted oriels in the central bays, 2-light windows, and small lights at the ends. The first floor has a configuration of 2:3:3:2-light windows, with the end bays having three lights and a central segmental-headed light. The central entrances are paired and have a canopy that sweeps out from the roof, with doors that also have small-paned lights. There are two cross-axial stacks and decorative rainwater heads. The return entrances and the rear of the houses are similar in design.
