Description

The stable range at Yew Tree Farm is a building that likely dates back to the early 17th century, with some later alterations. It is constructed from roughly coursed and squared rubble over cruck construction and features a Welsh slate roof. The original structure consists of two bays and has four doorways; the doors on the right have stone lintels, while those on the left have timber lintels. There are also two upper loft openings with stone lintels. A later bay was added to the right, which includes double doors at the ground floor with a chamfered lintel and loft access above. Additionally, there are lean-to pigsties attached to the west gable.
