Description
Nos. 34 to 38 Percy Street are three houses built around 1830. They are constructed of brick with stone dressings and feature a slate roof. Each house has three storeys and two bays. The design includes a basement lintel band, a first-floor sill band, a top frieze, a cornice, and a blocking course. The windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. The entrances are elliptical-headed with stucco extradoses and complete fanlights. There are iron railings to the areas and steps, which have decorative heads. Notably, No. 34 does not have columns to its doorcase or fanlight glazing bars.
