Description
This is a terrace of five houses located at 27 to 35 Prince Alfred Road, built around 1850. The houses are constructed of stucco and are two storeys high with a basement and a 20th-century attic. Each house has two bays, except for No. 35, which has three bays and features a centre bay that projects forward. The ground floor displays channelled rustication, while the first floor includes a sill band, frieze, and cornice. All windows are fitted with small-paned casements, and those on the first floor have eared architraves. The entrances feature flat architraves and cornices; No. 35 has an enclosed porch with paired flat pilasters and an entablature, leading to a four-panel door.
