Description

Rosemont is a house dating from the early 19th century, constructed of stone and featuring a hipped slate roof with a central lantern. The building stands two storeys high and has three bays. The ground floor showcases channelled rustication, with a top frieze, cornice, and blocking course. There are end flat pilasters adorned with incised decoration and wreaths in the frieze above. The end bays are canted and rise two storeys. The central section features a distyle-in-antis Doric colonnade with glazed recesses and a central half-glazed door. Above this, the window is framed with an architrave, an apron panel, and a consoled cornice.
