Description

The Citizens Advice Bureau is a single-storey building dating from 1841, attributed to the architect Decimus Burton. It serves as the entrance pavilion to The Mount. The structure is built of ashlar and features a pitched modern tile roof with overhanging eaves supported by wooden brackets. The façade has four windows and a central passage framed by wooden Tuscan columns, which support modillioned pediments on each side. Inside, the passage boasts an octopartite vault with cast iron ribs.
