Description

The Pattern Arms is an early 19th-century public house located on Park Lane, Winmarleigh. It is constructed of squared sandstone with a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and comprises four bays. The facade features chamfered quoins, a plinth, a first-floor sill band, an eaves band, and a cornice. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set within plain stone surrounds. The entrance door, located on the left side, has a plain stone surround with a round head and fanlight. Chimneys are present on the gables and between the third and fourth bays.
