Description
Draper's Farmhouse is a 17th-century house, altered subsequently. It is constructed of sandstone rubble with a concrete tile roof. The house comprises a two-bay main range and a one-bay cross-wing to the right. The south wall of the main range has a three-light double-chamfered mullioned window on the ground floor. The cross-wing features a similar window of four lights on the ground floor. Other windows have plain reveals. A French window is located on the ground floor of the second bay. Chimneys with brick caps are situated on the front wall to the left and on the ridge of the cross-wing. The right-hand (east) wall of the cross-wing has three bays with four-light rebated and chamfered mullioned windows on the ground floor; first-floor windows have plain reveals. A door, in the middle bay, has a painted stone surround beneath a glazed porch.
