Description

This sundial, located 8 metres south of the Church of St. Leonard, dates back to 1788. It is made of stone and features a brass plate and gnomon. The sundial has a pedestal with a square base, a moulded foot, and a column that swells at the base and is fluted at the top, topped with a moulded capital. The plate bears the date 1788 and includes the names of the church wardens, which are now barely legible. The gnomon is designed in a scrolled shape.
