Description

The New Inn is an 18th or early 19th century building. It is two storeys high and has a rendered exterior with a Welsh slate roof and stone-coped gable ends. Brick stacks are visible at the ends. It features an eaves cornice and rusticated quoins. There are three windows above two, all with stone surrounds. The central door is of four panels and has an ornamental rectangular fanlight within a reeded surround incorporating paterae and a moulded cornice. The New Inn forms a group with numbers 16 to 20 (even), and 28 to 36 (even) on the same street.
