Description
Brook House Green is a house dated 1761, featuring a barn adjoining to the southwest. It is built from squared watershot sandstone and has a stone slate roof. The house is two storeys high with projecting quoins and consists of two bays. The windows are three-light with square mullions and architraves. The entrance door, located between the bays, has a plain stone surround topped with a moulded cornice. There are end stacks on the building. The barn has a wide entrance with long-and-short jambs and an external sliding door. To the right of the barn entrance is a door with a plain stone surround, and further right is a window with plain reveals. On the first floor of the barn, there is a pitching hole with a plain stone surround.
