Description

32 to 36 Parson Lane are late 18th century cottages that stand three stories tall and are constructed from coursed stone. Number 36 has a rough rendered finish and a Welsh slate roof. Numbers 32 and 34 feature rusticated quoins and a moulded eaves cornice. Each cottage has one window on each of the three floors, with stone surrounds and modern glazing. The doors of Number 32 have stone surrounds and consist of six fielded panels, also with modern glazing and rectangular fanlights. Number 36 has a plain wood surround for its lower door. These cottages, along with Nos 16 to 20 (even) and the New Inn, form a group.
