Description
Hoober Farmhouse is a house from the late 18th century, constructed of slobbered rubble with a stone slate roof. It has two storeys and three bays. The windows feature plain stone surrounds and square mullions, with two lights in most windows, except for those in the middle bay which have three lights. There is a door to the right of the left-hand bay with a plain stone surround, and another door between the second and third bays that has a chamfered stone surround with a re-used flat lintel. The house has chimneys located on the left-hand gable and between the first and second bays. Inside, the left-hand room includes a brick-lined oven.
