Description

There are two pairs of gatepiers located south-east of the church, at the entrance to Bolton Hall Drive. These gatepiers are possibly 19th century but designed in an 18th-century style. They are made of rusticated sandstone ashlar and have a square section. Each gatepier features moulded cornices, moulded tops, and ball finials. The central pair, positioned on either side of the drive, is flanked by a smaller pair that shares the same design details.
