Description

29 Latham Street is an early 19th-century house located in Preston. It is constructed of red brick and features a slate roof with brick ridge stacks. The building has two storeys and a four-window range of sash windows, along with a 20th-century window and a blind window. On the ground floor, there are similar sash windows and an entrance located to the centre right. The entrance is framed by an elliptical-headed arch that contains a doorcase with attached columns, a cornice, and a blind tympanum, leading to a six-panel door. The house has a moulded eaves cornice and a roof dormer. To the left, there is a later wing that showcases banded red and yellow brickwork. The right side facing Avenham Lane features a two-storey bow window. The interior has not been inspected.
