Description
Wayside Barn is a 17th-century barn that has been partly converted into a house. It is constructed of rubble with a stone slate roof and features quoins. The rear central door is flanked by cheeks that connect to a forward projection on the left, which has a catslide roof. On the right side, there are two doorways, both of which have a massive chamfered lintel; one of these has been converted into a window in 1983. Inside, the barn to the left showcases an exposed king post roof construction.
