Description

Waddington Farm is a 17th-century house that has been divided into two separate residences. The building features a rubble construction with a pebble dashed front and ashlar quoins. It has a stone slate roof and two modern doors at the entrance. On the ground floor, there is a bay window with five lights and another with four lights, both adorned with returned dripstones. The upper storey contains two 2-light windows, with an additional 2-light window positioned between them. Each gable is fitted with a 3-light window. Notably, all the mullions and reveals have been cemented and painted. It is said that a date panel once existed but has been obscured by the pebble dashing.
