Description

No. 28 New Street is a house that has been converted into a shop. It was built around 1800 and underwent alterations in the 20th century. The building is constructed from sandstone ashlar in narrow courses, featuring deep quoins and a slate roof. It has three storeys above a cellar and consists of a single wide bay. The ground floor showcases a late 20th-century shop front. The upper floors each feature a tripartite window with slightly raised stone surrounds and flat-faced mullions.
