Description

Nook House Farmhouse is a late 17th-century house constructed of rubble with a slate roof. It originally comprised two bays, with chamfered mullioned windows of three lights. A gabled porch with a stone slate roof sits between the bays, and a door is located in the porch’s right-hand return wall. To the right of the original house, a bay was added around 1800, featuring windows with plain stone surrounds. The ground-floor window in this bay is fixed with glazing bars, and a door with a plain stone surround is situated to its left. A chimney is located to the right of each bay.
