Description
No. 35 on St George's Quay is a warehouse built in the late 18th century, with some later alterations. The building is constructed of squared coursed sandstone, featuring ashlar dressings on the front and rubble on the sides, topped with a slate roof. It has a rectangular plan with a gable facing the road and stands five storeys tall. The central loading slot has a plain stone surround and timber doors. There are raised quoins on the left side, and on either side of the loading slot, there are plain stone surrounds filled with rubble. The openings to the right and the first-floor opening on the left contain smaller windows, each with their own stone surrounds.
