Description
Dale House is a house built in 1838. It features pebbledashed rubble with sandstone dressings and a slate roof. The building has a symmetrical design, with a central porch and gable stacks. The windows are sashed with glazing bars and have plain stone surrounds, along with a first-floor sill band. The porch includes corner pilasters with sunk panels, a dentil course, and a cornice. At the rear, there is a stair window that is also sashed with glazing bars, featuring a semi-circular head and plain reveals. Above a lean-to extension, there is a worn sandstone plaque that reads 'T ? K 1838'.
