Description
Ashton Park Bridge, built in 1797, is an accommodation bridge over the Lancaster Canal designed by engineer John Rennie. The bridge features punched sandstone blocks and has a single elliptical arch with a stepped keystone. It also includes a solid parapet with a string course and rounded coping.
