Description

Burrow Beck Bridge is an accommodation bridge over the Lancaster Canal, which was opened in 1797. It was designed by engineer John Rennie and is constructed from punched sandstone blocks. The bridge features a single elliptical arch with a stepped keystone. It also has a solid parapet that includes a string course and rounded coping.
