Description

The stile north of the entrance to the graveyard is a structure that likely dates from around 1800. It is made of sandstone and has a rubble base. The stile features three steps on both the north and south sides, topped with flagstone. A vertical flagstone divides the two halves of the stile. On the east side of the wall, the ground level is higher, and there are simpler sandstone steps. This graveyard was the site of an earlier church built around 1800, which was replaced in 1907 and demolished in 1936.
