Description
Pack Saddle Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century. It is constructed from coursed sandstone with quoins and features a slate roof that has gable copings and gable end chimneys positioned in front of the ridge. The building has a rectangular double pile, two-bay plan and stands two storeys tall. The façade is symmetrical, with a panelled door set in a round-headed stone case that includes a keystone and a plain fanlight. There are two 16-paned sashed windows with plain stone cases on each floor. At the rear, there is a plain stone doorway, and to the right of this is a flat-mullioned loomshop window with six lights, of which two in the centre are blocked. A sashed window is located on the first floor.
