Description

The pigsty, located approximately 10 metres east of Tan Pits Farmhouse, is likely from the early 18th century. It is constructed from sandstone rubble with quoins and features a stone slate roof. The building has a rectangular plan divided into two parts: the rear section is a gabled single-storey pig house, while the front section includes a half-height wall that encloses two pens.
