Description
This is a row of early 19th-century properties at 16-26 Little Underbank. The buildings are of three storeys, constructed in brick and painted brick, and feature a modillion eaves cornice. Numbers 24 and 26 have been altered with the addition of mansard roofs covered in Welsh slate. The row has seven windows, some with glazing bars. Modern shop fronts have been incorporated. The properties are included as part of a group, with numbers 2 to 32 (even), which comprise the premises occupied by GW Turner. Within this group, numbers 2 to 8 (even) and 30 and 32 are of local interest, along with a bridge over Little Underbank.
