Late C18 or early C19. Three storeys in red brick with modillion eaves cornice. Three windows, stone flat arches, modern glazing. Remains of late C19 shop front. Park Street elevation has 4 windows, some with glazing bars.

Nos 26 & 27, Nos 28 & 28A form a group with No 2 Vernon Street and No 1 Park Street.
