Pair of town houses, now office. Early to mid C19, altered. Red brick in Flemish bond with some sandstone dressings and slate roof. Double-depth plan with back extension. Three storeys, 4 windows (probably originally 2+2); round-headed doorway to the right with set-in wooden pilastered doorcase including dentilled cornice, plain fanlight; similar round-headed opening to 2nd bay probably formerly a doorway but now a window; otherwise, all windows have raised sills and flat-arched heads of gauged brick, and C20 top-hung casements imitating 4-pane sashes. Left return side similar. Included for group value.
