Description
This barn, located to the east of the cruck barn and north-east of Brandlesholme Old Hall, was probably built around 1830. It is constructed of rubble and features a long layout. The eastern part serves as a corn barn and has a square-headed vehicular doorway that is less than full height. The western section is two stories high and has a stone slab roof. It displays a symmetrical arrangement with a doorway flanked by windows, another window above, and keyhole-style vents on either side of the upper window. All the windows have pointed heads made from straight slabs. There is an additional door at the far left. The barn also has quoins and is included for its group value.
