Description
Tottington Hall is an early 19th-century, substantial and symmetrical detached house with five bays and two storeys. It is constructed of tooled stone in wide courses and features sash windows. The entrance consists of a four-panel part-glazed door topped by a fanlight with glazing bars, and is flanked by plain half-columns and a cornice-hood. There are sill bands present, and the building has a hipped slate roof. The Nuttall family resided here in the 18th century and possibly the 17th century, although no fabric from before the 19th century is evident.
