Description
Hollin Hey is a farmhouse, likely dating from the early 17th century. It is constructed with a render over stone and has a slate roof. The building comprises a two-storey, two-window main range with a cross-wing to the left. A gabled porch is centrally located in the main range, featuring a four-centred archway, flanked by three-light hollow chamfered mullioned windows. The cross-wing to the left has a five-light plain chamfered mullioned window on each floor. A later rear wing is also present. The main range incorporates end wall and axial stacks. The interior has not been inspected.
