Description
Nos 131 (now part of Ring o' Bells) and 133 (Church House) are 18th century brick houses located at the entrance to the church. They are two low storeys tall, featuring a flagged roof and brick chimneys. The front has two boarded doors, five windows on the ground floor, and three above. Four of the ground floor windows have segmental brick arches, with one now serving as a door with a flanking light for the public house lounge entrance. Most windows are square with 30 panes and partly sliding sashes. The rear wing also includes small-paned sliding sashes. The Ring o' Bells Public House, along with Nos 131 to 137 (odd), the Church of St Elphin, and the cobbled approach and gateway, form a group with Nos 142 to 160 (even).
