Description
The Boat House at the south end of the fish pond at Bolesworth Castle is a mid-19th century structure built for the Bolesworth Castle Estate. It is constructed from ashlar sandstone. The facade features a chamfered, Tudor-arched opening that is flanked by buttresses and has a head-carved keystone. Below the embattled parapet, there is a rounded band, and the structure is adorned with turrets that are decorated by blind cruciform loops and topped with turreted caps. The building has not been fully inspected.
