Description

A pair of suburban houses dating to circa 1820. They are constructed of English garden wall bond brown brick with a hipped roof of graded grey slate. The houses are two storeys in height, with four windows on each level. The ground floor originally featured a three-light casement and a five-light French window in each house, but these have now been replaced with metal windows. Each house has a lattice porch, with the porch to number 21 ornamented with wrought iron. The first floor windows are casements with three 2-pane lights. The interiors have not been inspected. The houses form a group with numbers 15 and 17, and 23 and 25 Eaton Road.
