Description
Morris Farmhouse is a farmhouse, likely built in the early 18th century, with alterations made over time. It features irregular English garden wall bond brown brickwork and a grey slate roof. The building has three storeys and two windows. The entrance door consists of six fielded panels, and the original recessed four-pane sash windows have been replaced. The window openings on the first and second storeys have flat gauged-brick arches, while the third storey features soldier arches. The gable chimneys have been rebuilt and are flush with the walls.
Inside, the lower storey includes some oak beams and several doors with six fielded panels, along with one early 18th-century door that has two fielded panels. There is a simple painted dogleg stair, likely made of oak. The upper storeys could not be inspected.
