Description
Oak Tree Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse constructed with a timber frame, featuring render and corrugated iron covering a thatched roof. The front of the building has an outshut on the left side, with two 2-light windows on the ground floor to the right and two similar windows on the first floor. The right gable end includes a gabled 19th-century porch on the ground floor to the left, which has a 4-panel door. Above this porch, there is a canted oriel supported by moulded brackets, with a 2-light casement window in the attic. At the rear, there is a canted 20th-century bay window on the ground floor to the left, a 2-light window to the right, a 3-light window on the first floor, and a single-storey brick outhouse to the right.
